In a world searching for sustainable energy, I, a young innovator, had the opportunity to present a groundbreaking solution through my INSPIRE- MANAK project: The Power-Belt. This ingenious device generates electricity from simplest movements like walking or jogging. The belt uses a dynamo generator to capture kinetic energy, storing it in a lightweight lithium battery. This clean energy can then power small appliances like bulbs and torches, turning your daily commute into a charging session. My design focuses on comfort and practicality, ensuring the belt is easy to wear. What makes this innovation truly remarkable is its accessibility. With a target price under ₹ 1000, the Power- Belt offers an affordable way to combat environmental degradation. I envision a future where improved prototypes can support larger devices and encourage people to walk towards a greener tomorrow.
